I own a reptile company and have 52 reptiles ima CEO this water dish is essential especially if you have aboreal reptiles they need these dishes to clean use hot water and soap sparingly mainly because soap can kill your reptiles I have the usb version and wall plug in version the dish has a pump that you connect from the bottom to fake leaves make sure theyre snug then put the pieces together its not rocket science you dont need instructions to assemble this item a new born could do it make sure to add fresh water and do not let the dish dry out the pump may break if u do top off every week or so great for snakes chameleons anoles frogs tarantulas essentially anything that needs water dont trust the 1 star review that person is helpless and doesnt know what they are talking about best bang for your buck
