Broken light

Paid around $50 for this light and from the moment it was taken out of the package plugged it in put the bulb into the fixture and it did not work this is my first

Paid around $50 for this light and from the moment it was taken out of the package plugged it in put the bulb into the fixture and it did not work this is my first time I have ordered from chewy.com and it will definitely be my last I can't believe I paid this much for a lot fixture and bulb in the light was no good from the very moment that it was installed. Absolutely disappointed never again I would rather go to a local store where something goes wrong I can get my items replaced without any hassle Absolutely ridiculous

Fair price and decent size.

This fixture is used for a 4x2x2 zen habitats enclosure and it works well for the size and projects plenty of UVB.

I could tell from the box it wasn’t going to be intact.

The box was banged up when it got to the door. When I picked it up I could hear the glass shifting inside. As soon as i opened the box one of the ends of the bulb

The box was banged up when it got to the door. When I picked it up I could hear the glass shifting inside. As soon as i opened the box one of the ends of the bulb tube was already off. And as you can see it’s broken. The box should have been labeled fragile for safer shipping

The package was missing the hardware to mount and the most important thing the plug in. I’m my opinion looks like it was a return and then shipped back out to another

The package was missing the hardware to mount and the most important thing the plug in. I’m my opinion looks like it was a return and then shipped back out to another person. The protecting film was off the reflecting shield. But I can say the Customer Service Representative Bianca was great and handled the situation superbly and put in a replacement hopefully it doesn’t take 13 days like the orcinal order to get it again.
