The tank is working out wonderfully! The instructions are not as detailed as they could or should be. CRITICAL TIP 1: close the drain valve before filling with water (closed is t; valve is open if parallel to water line). CRITICAL TIP 2: the drain seal goes directly UNDERNEATH, touching the tank. Please follow these tips to prevent experiencing multiple Exxon Valdez situations like we did.

Wouldn't buy again

It leaked from the bottom, and I had to get a different seal, and now it's leaking in the corners, I have followed all instructions and never filled over or close

It leaked from the bottom, and I had to get a different seal, and now it's leaking in the corners, I have followed all instructions and never filled over or close to where it says water level should be, I have a red eared slider,so I thought this would be a great buy, but now all I have is a leaky tank, that I can't use.

The size and the great looks of it

We like it. My turtle sparkles seems to be having enough space to swim around. The basking platform is too small for her so Ihave not installed it. Another comment

Another comment I have is that there were no instructions for the cleaning drain I would really like something to be more about how to use it. Also, it would be nice if you could put some mesh over it to keep crud from going down the tube when it’s drained otherthan that, it’s a great aquarium.

Disappointed

I needed a quick replacement for my turtle’s tank that is no longer being manufactured. I didn’t want to spend $220 on some pieces of glass but I really needed the

I needed a quick replacement for my turtle’s tank that is no longer being manufactured. I didn’t want to spend $220 on some pieces of glass but I really needed the item ASAP. Description said 1-3 day shipping but I waited 5. It arrived with missing and different parts. There were entire sections missing from the building instructions. I watched the video several times and I’m still not sure how to install the lock and key for the sliding doors. That mechanism is the only thing to hold on to while you slide the doors. My old tank had actual knobs to help you slide the doors. The ramp that came with the tank looks nothing like the picture and I doubt my turtle will fit on it or be able to use it. That was one of my main selling points because the floating dock would have freed up swimming space for him. It’s also slightly smaller than my previous tank which is a disappointment. The actual website describes it as 18 gallon and Chewy said 20.
