Shipping Unacceptable

The plant survived but not sure how. The initial packaging they put the plant in is great(butcher paper and plastic bag). But then they tossed it into a box that

The plant survived but not sure how. The initial packaging they put the plant in is great(butcher paper and plastic bag). But then they tossed it into a box that 5x bigger than the plant and just let it free float in there, when I got it all the soil was out of the pot, the plant was bent over and pieces of it were broken off. They didn't add extra packing to keep the plant from free floating in the box, then there was no arrow showing which way was up. But I guess no arrow is needed of your just going to have the plant in a much larger box that it's getting tossed all over in. This was unacceptable, they could have used old newspaper to stabilize the plant in the box and drawn an arrow on it. I won't get this again.

I did what the instructions said and the plats die 2 days later

I had the plant for about 2 days after I got them they dies they where like dark green brown when I got them i don't know what happened

Misleading

The photo and price lends to believe that you are getting several more than 1 2” succulent. Go to your local garden center for a much better value.
