Delivery issue

FedEx wanted a someone to be present for delivery. Not sure what conditions package was in but plant was frozen by the time I received it. Would have been pretty,

FedEx wanted a someone to be present for delivery. Not sure what conditions package was in but plant was frozen by the time I received it. Would have been pretty, lots of leaves. I guess only order during favorable times of the year
