I ordered the Party Mix isopods and unfortunately the entire culture arrived dead on arrival. No movement, no revival after warming or rehydration. I followed all care recommendations, so this was clearly an issue during packing or shipping. Hoping this was just a one-off mistake, but I did expect better quality control. Requested a replacement/refund.
Wasn’t as described
After delivery I immediately opened the package only to find 4 and not 10. 2 out of the 4 were also dead unfortunately. Customer service over the phone was amazing

I was really looking forward to these, but was highly disappointed. I only saw one big blue one at first, so I sifted through the soil and found another big blue

I only saw one big blue one at first, so I sifted through the soil and found another big blue one that was dead and one tiny little small one that I can’t even tell the color of. So out of 10, two were alive one was dead. That certainly doesn’t add up to 10. Truly not impressed!

Not a great purchase
I love Chewy, I should have listened to the other reviews, and simply bought directly from a store that specializes in this type of thing. They were mostly dead

All dead and not 10ct
When they arrived they were cold as can be and dead. I dug and dug through the dirt and only found a couple of these. Definitely was not 10 shipped.

Only got 2 living isopods!
Item arrived with mostly dead isopods inside, and I only counted 5 TOTAL, of which only 2 were alive. Total rip-off!

Very disappointed
I had high hopes but I have to say that with the price I paid this was pretty disappointing. Came with a heat pack but was packaged upside down, some of the pods
