This trailer attaches to the rear axle of the bicycle and features a safety strap that attaches to the bike frame.

What are the interior and exterior dimensions of the trailer? What are the dimensions when collapsed?

The exterior dimensions for this trailer will be 32 inches long, 19 inches wide and 29 inches high not including the attachment arm. The folded dimensions will be 32 inches long, 19 inches wide and 16 inches high if the wheels are left on.

TRAILER FLIPPED OVER ON A STRAIGHT ROAD

I researched for months about what trailer to buy to pull behind my ebike with my puppy. The Retrospec trailer was easy enough to assemble following a YouTube video

I researched for months about what trailer to buy to pull behind my ebike with my puppy. The Retrospec trailer was easy enough to assemble following a YouTube video. I was so excited to get out with my pup yesterday, but within less than one half block from my house, the trailer flipped. Fortunately, I was going slow and keeping an eye on it and no car was behind us. I called the manufacturer and sent requested photos of how the trailer was hooked up. No one could venture a guess as to why the trailer flipped. My pup is well under the maximum weight. The asphalt road was smooth. I didn't make any turns. It's a complete mystery. Chewy is refunding me. I boxed up the trailer and shipped it back today. I have no idea what to replace it with that will be safe for my pup. All I can figure is that she was moving inside the trailer, which I expect a dog to do and I need movement not to be reason a trailer would flip over. Had I been going 15 mph or more, there might have had a much worse outcome. I feel lucky that my puppy wasn't injured. I don't know how she will feel to get back in another trailer though. This is all so disappointing and frustrating, and I'm left with no anwers. I would definitely NOT buy this trailer again. The manufacturer told me to check with a local bike shop and see what they carry. I wish the company would have said they will investigate and try to determine what happened. It was assembled correctly and attached to my bike correctly. Not knowing why it flipped is aggravating.

This trailer is exactly what I was looking for. My two maltipoos love riding around with me in a much safer option than a basket on the handlebars. Easy to attach

This trailer is exactly what I was looking for. My two maltipoos love riding around with me in a much safer option than a basket on the handlebars. Easy to attach & I don’t even notice the extra weight I’m pulling while riding. So glad I found this on Chewy!!
