Is the 62.8 just the measurements the gate, or is it including how far the rubber as toppers go out? I have an opening that is 64 inches and was wondering if this is will work.

This gate can fill space opening width of 32.1-62.8 which is including tension mounts on both sides.

The door handle allows you to open the wooden door in either direction with the touch of one button, but it is not designed to stay open. Make sure that the door locks securely after opening/closing to avoid unexpected accidents.

Nice Gate

This is a great gate however, only works against flat walls. It unfortunately wouldn’t work for us cause of our pillars on the walls.

The are tall enough, the poles are narrow enough, they look is beautiful (if you need to live with gates), and they're made of quality materials. they're easy to open, easy to close, and we can keep our dogs in and out of spaces. Best gate EVER!

I needed a gate which would span 53” to keep our two 6-month old Collie puppies from destroying EVERYTHING, everywhere in the house! This gate, by Richell was perfect

I needed a gate which would span 53” to keep our two 6-month old Collie puppies from destroying EVERYTHING, everywhere in the house! This gate, by Richell was perfect. It is just the good height and rated for the weight the dogs will be when they are full grown. With a little bit of added information from the manufacturer’s website - the gate was relatively easy to install. The pass through door is sturdy, it latches securely at the top, and bottom, and is easily operated with just one hand. And, the whole gate looks great, too!

Buy this! Don't hesitate.

This is the greatest gate. I bought to separate my 100# German Shepherd from my infant granddaughter until they get to know each other better (in about 5 years!)

This is the greatest gate. I bought to separate my 100# German Shepherd from my infant granddaughter until they get to know each other better (in about 5 years!) This gate was easy to set up, easy to fit our awkward and wide entrance from kitchen to family room, operates easily and looks great. The dog has never tried to jump up on it or over it because it is so tall. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Beautiful & Sturdy Gate

We love this gate. Looks so nice and is very sturdy. Our girl, Sophia can not get through. She is very strong. Like a “bull in a china shop.” Highly recommend*

Tall Fence/Gate

We needed a taller fence/gate, because puppy is able to climb over the standard lower fence/gates. This fence/gate is about 6-8" taller than the less expensive

We needed a taller fence/gate, because puppy is able to climb over the standard lower fence/gates. This fence/gate is about 6-8" taller than the less expensive fence/gates. This fence/gate is excellent quality. There are a few odd things when installing, but the end result is solid. One unfortunate item is that the fence/gate has these silly, obtrusive white warning stickers on some vertical bars that are not easily removed. Not sure what is meant by "One-Touch" in the name. Gate doesn't stay open in the 90 degree open position like some lower, less expensive fence/gates, but it's not a big deal for me.
