Does this carrier hold its shape when unzipped, or does it collapse on the unzipped side?

This carrier does hold its shape when unzipped. The 2 top rods are removable (and it ships with them out). They are easy to place in the designated channels on the top of the carrier, and once they are in, the carrier perfectly holds its shape. They are removable for easier storage when not using the carrier.

Pup and I Both Love it!

Walter, my 10lb Chihuahua mix and I both love this new carrier. He's a picky guy, but unlike our previous carrier which had a scratchy inner material this carrier

Walter, my 10lb Chihuahua mix and I both love this new carrier. He's a picky guy, but unlike our previous carrier which had a scratchy inner material this carrier is silky and soft inside. It has plenty of ventilation, and I love that it's sturdy and attractive. It's a really nice looking bag. Took me a little bit to see where to insert the rods, but once I read the attachment it was easy. 2 thumbs up!

Well Made and Stylish- Love it!

I’ve spent a lot of time looking for the perfect carrier since we use them a lot for our 10lb Terrier mix. This bag has it all. It’s light yet durable. It’s sturdy and has plenty of ventilation. It looks beautiful. I ordered it just in time for a trip and it fit under the seats perfectly. So far, I’ve used it for air travel, car travel and just taking him around town where I want him contained, and it works wonderfully for all. Feel like it’s totally worth every cent!

Worst bag ever - BROKE AT AIRPORT

I’ve only flown twice with this bag. The first time, I already didn’t like it. The handle pass-through on the bag didn’t fit smoothly over my Away carry-on suitcase

I’ve only flown twice with this bag. The first time, I already didn’t like it. The handle pass-through on the bag didn’t fit smoothly over my Away carry-on suitcase. I hated how much I had to fidget with it at security and after deplaning. The designers could have added 1 cm to each side of the pass-through and this issue would not have existed. I’m pretty sure the Away suitcase handle width is pretty standard. Second, and perhaps the worst, the shoulder strap attachment completely ripped off on my second trip. I was carrying the bag over my shoulder with my 10 lb dog in it, and the attachment point for the strap completely ripped off. The seam had no reinforcement, very poor sewing quality. I actually threw the bag out at the airport post security. $100 wasted on this bag.
