I purchased this food to help with dental plaque and tartar accumulation for my 3 medium sized dogs. I never have to worry if they like a food or not (I choose a diet based on what it has to offer nutritionally, not taste), but they loved this stuff. So much so that all 3 swallowed it whole. It can't work on cleaning teeth when it's swallowed whole. I wish there was a larger kibble size like TD (Tartar Diet) used to be. It's ridiculous for foods to be "prescription" and this is the only one that isn't. I gave it a 3 because it wasn't large enough of a kibble to do its job for my dogs, but they did love it and I can see if working for small dogs under 20lbs or so.

This food was recommended by our vet as a topper for our dogs, which means being able to close the bag is important to keep it as fresh as possible as we won’t go

This food was recommended by our vet as a topper for our dogs, which means being able to close the bag is important to keep it as fresh as possible as we won’t go through it as quickly as normal. Cut along the dotted lines only to find the seal isn’t even attached to the bag itself and completely useless

Just transitioning from canned to this in hopes of improving my dogs overall mouth health. Transition is going well. Too early to tell if it improves tartar and gum issues but hopeful. The bag is the size of a small condominium! Only size it comes in?! This is enough for me to look into an alternative. Not only is the bag unwieldy but I have concerns for its freshness lasting in such a large quantity.

My pup Derby has been trying the new Royal Canin Canine Care dog food. I was a bit skeptical if she would enjoy it because she’s picky with dry kibble and we have never tried a Royal Canin food before. She LOVED it! She was stealing extra bites the whole time I was taking her picture with it. So far I would give it a 10/10 with no upset stomach and easy to feed! I am looking forward to the dental benefits, but I think she’ll need more time on the food to have a big difference to report back on.

We started using this product right after we received it. We feed our dog in the morning and we keep this food on our back covered patio. The bag is very visually appealing. We typically store our food in a big plastic container but I don't mind the look of this bag so we've kept it in the bag. I had not heard of this product before receiving it but I like the benefits it displays on the bag.
