So sad. If it has been built well, my kitties would have loved this.

Item arrived in a kind of battered box {that says "Handle with Care"}. Inside the box, the item was wrapped way too tight with plastic. As soon as I released the

Item arrived in a kind of battered box {that says "Handle with Care"}. Inside the box, the item was wrapped way too tight with plastic. As soon as I released the too tight plastic, the top piece toppled over... This is why. Wood piece is only a couple inches into cardboard... And then another wood piece inside for the scratcher. It's a shame really, I was so excited to give this to my cats for Christmas. Instead, it's a return.
