Spring issue

I bought 2, both had the same issue. The spring on the latch sticks out so you are unable to open the latch consistently. I was able to rig one and it works until

I bought 2, both had the same issue. The spring on the latch sticks out so you are unable to open the latch consistently. I was able to rig one and it works until the spring pops out again, the other does not work. I went locally and bought an outdoor kennel as I don’t have patience for this type of situation. In short, don’t buy this product.

No tangle

Is better quality, does not get as tangled as the cheap ones do. I do notice there is some bending but overall better than the $8 tie out purchased previously.
