tag piece distorts

I’ve now bought 3 of these for my dog and each one has had an issue with the metal piece that attaches the tags. It gets caught on things and then bends which makes

I’ve now bought 3 of these for my dog and each one has had an issue with the metal piece that attaches the tags. It gets caught on things and then bends which makes it snag even more. And then it’s difficult to get the tags off. It’s too bad because I do love this company and most of their products

Too big.

I love roughware but this is too big. Ruffware suggests sizing up. I'm not sure about that. I wish I'd gone ahead and ordered a small and a medium at the time.
