Soaked, Chewy & Ontrac Fault

This is why you can't purchase anything liquid from chewy because all they do is just place a piece of paper on top, and don't bag and tape the top of the items

This is why you can't purchase anything liquid from chewy because all they do is just place a piece of paper on top, and don't bag and tape the top of the items. This was shipped by Ontrac which is the most horrible shipping company around, I mean just look at the reviews. Placed the complaint through Ontrac all they do is say thanks for the feedback. Already emailed Chewy, let's see what happens. But because of a liquid that opened during delivery because Ontrac dented the package this item is now soaked inside. And the box for the items was way oversized, no wonder everything got tossed around. Have no idea how to deal with it except to place it in another box and let it dry. This ongoing situation is what makes Chewy awful most of the time.

Fit and Velcro work well, but these don’t hold up as well as the vibram soled versions. These have worked, but they only just broke in on top and the sole is already

I have always been a huge fan of Ruffwear and use their winter booties. I purchased 4 booties while on a bike packing trip with my dog, and he managed to lose three booties on the first day. The Velcro on these booties was terrible and I was so sad. Can you please forward this review to Ruffwear? I would greatly appreciate a refund or a replacement of my booties.

High quality shoes.

Shoes are very nice. However they do not work for my dog. The soles are a bit too thick and since his somewhat drags his back legs, they would get stuck on the floor

Peace of mind while left alone

These booties work great to keep doggie calm and not able to chew his feet when left alone. We have a set for home and at grandma's.

Would not recommend this shoes. Came right after putting them on. These shoes are very stiff :( luckily they were nice enough to refund me. I went with the Kurgo

I bought these for my tripod for hikes in rocky or cactus-filled conditions. The boots are high quality and durable. The sizing wasn't the best, it seemed like my dog was in between sizes because the boots didnt close tight enough but the next size down was too small. It took a lot of training to get my dog used to wearing boots. You definitely can't buy these and expect your dog to hike miles right away. Overall, they're solid and worked well for our tripod.
