Not what I was expecting

It's not as user friendly as my others. I definitely wish I had bought another one of the one I already have. The turning piece hasn't worked sense I got it but

Do not buy!

It is impossible to control the humidity. We could not get the egg turner to stop turning the egss. 0/12 eggs hatched.
