I thought the powder directions based on weight was a lot for my 16 lb. cat, but whether I gave him the full dose or less he doesn't like the taste of this in moist

I thought the powder directions based on weight was a lot for my 16 lb. cat, but whether I gave him the full dose or less he doesn't like the taste of this in moist canned foods. I tried a couple of brands, and I can't get him to eat it.

It keeps my cats hydrated in the heat

I live in Arizona where we have temps in the 90's and 100's for days at a time. I have lots of shade for my cats when they want to go outside to play or snooze on

I live in Arizona where we have temps in the 90's and 100's for days at a time. I have lots of shade for my cats when they want to go outside to play or snooze on the porch, but they can get dehydrated easily in the heat. I put a small amount of RX Vitamins Feline Minerals Powder in their water dishes indoors and outdoors. It works great. My cats love it.

Cat seems to like. Don't use much. Like a scoop full per can. Enough to supplement inexpensive canned food.

Consult your vet first!

I bought this for a recent rescue kitty who has FIV. My vet said that the minerals in this supplement are already added into commercial cat food, even lower quality

I bought this for a recent rescue kitty who has FIV. My vet said that the minerals in this supplement are already added into commercial cat food, even lower quality food. Adding additional minerals to kitty’s diet could cause stress on the kidneys. This would be better for someone who is cooking a homemade diet. Thankfully Chewy refunded my purchase and I gave the product to a friend. Rx Vitamins offers high quality products but should be used under veterinary supervision.

I am very pleased with the results. The clowder is definitely more active.

The clowder are definitely more active, have brighter eyes and shiney coats! Will reorder. I do wish that their was a multiple feeling discount, though.
