Too hard to assemble -returning

I have tried three times to assemble, cannot do it. Holes too small for screws, so complicated and needs two people I think to hold items to screw in utter frustration

I have tried three times to assemble, cannot do it. Holes too small for screws, so complicated and needs two people I think to hold items to screw in utter frustration. Now I wonder if I can get back in the box, lift and return. I don’t know if that’s possible. Really disappointed in this item. I live chewy n But this is a total miss.

Cheap and unstable

The directions didn't match the tools that were provided. For example, the directions said place piece "K" in a specific area, but I didn't have a piece K. I also

The directions didn't match the tools that were provided. For example, the directions said place piece "K" in a specific area, but I didn't have a piece K. I also had pieces that were not part of the directions. The wheel is cumbersome, approximately 4 ft tall and 4 ft wide. Somewhat difficult to turn. My cat cannot make it move fast enough for how he wants to run.

Treadmill ok

The treadmill is OK. My husband put WD-40 on the wheels, but the treadmill smells like fish. My entire downstairs smelled like tunafish. I took it outside and flies

The treadmill is OK. My husband put WD-40 on the wheels, but the treadmill smells like fish. My entire downstairs smelled like tunafish. I took it outside and flies were literally on it. I have no idea why this would be. I believe it’s the glue they used to hold the wood together or make the press board. I took it outside to clean it. I cleaned every surface and I’m afraid it still stinks. I don’t know what to do.

Worth It

If you are looking to give your cats, an independent exercise machine, this is the machine to get! The paper instructions were not enough because there was a few

If you are looking to give your cats, an independent exercise machine, this is the machine to get! The paper instructions were not enough because there was a few complicated parts. However there is a video when you look up the product on YouTube that helps guide you in instruction for that specific complicated part. Once you get past that you’re good to go. I love the wooden nature of the product and it is heavy but needs to be to stay in the base while the cat is running. I wish all of my cats would go on it, but my youngest cat goes on it all throughout the day (and night lol) which has lessened her aggression towards the other cats and lessened her chewing. I’m so happy she’s getting her energy out on the wheel. While there is a noise when she’s running with the wheel (it’s in my bedroom next to my workout stuff and she joins me when I work out too) it is totally worth it for her to have all of this exercise that I otherwise can’t provide her as an indoor cat.

Not practical

This wheel is way to heavy for a cat to make it roll..plus the directions were horrible..and since it's built out of press board the screws break out very easy..the

This wheel is way to heavy for a cat to make it roll..plus the directions were horrible..and since it's built out of press board the screws break out very easy..the wheel support straps broke into with very little pressure. Thank goodness I could return it and get a refund.
