Is this for short hair, or medium to long--and what are the dimensions? The name says it's for short hair, but the description states that it's for medium to long hair. I'd like the dimensions to compare to my long-haired shedding comb.

Teeth too long for shorthaired dog/cat

The longer teeth are way too long in my opinion for shorthaired dog/cats. I particularly bought this one for my shih Tzu with puppy cut and my shorthaired cats. But it’s a big disappointment. safari also has a version for long haired dog, but I couldn’t tell the difference from product description. I suspect both versions are actually the same.

Recommended

This brush makes my dog's coat look so nice while still being gentle on her skin. It gets a decent amount of hair out, but obviously no brush is going to completely stop shedding. Her fur is long in some parts and shorted in others, and it always looks so much healthier and shinier when she's brushed out. (She's a Shih Tzu/ chihuahua/ pit bull and like 7 other breeds. She does shed)

Comb for long hair

I bought this comb for my yorkie , mini schnauzer . It doesn’t work it hurt for my baby’s . Doesn’t comb them good . And was not cheep I give a zero!
