This product is recommended for use with dogs weighing up to 20 pounds. For pets under that weight, we recommend the "Safe-Guard Canine Dewormer for Small Dogs".

Got the wrong weight class

Still worked. She was a stray but was worm free at her exam. Could’ve been chance but I’d like to think the round of dewormer still helped clear anything residual

The Only Brand I Use

The only brand I use. I treat my dogs twice a year with this medication, once in the start of summer in mid June and once in the late fall going into winter --November/December

The only brand I use. I treat my dogs twice a year with this medication, once in the start of summer in mid June and once in the late fall going into winter --November/December. The only time I treat them more than that is when they are puppies and like to eat and chew on everything, then I give them an extra treatment in between. I mix it in with mashed up food I know they really love, like chicken, or cooked ground meat, or vienna sausages, and they think they are getting a treat. My dogs have never had any problems with upset stomachs or diarrhea after taking this medication. If your dog does have problems such as that, perhaps you might consider putting them on a doggie probiotic with their regular feeding schedule. That will usually fix that problem right up given some time.
