Sam's Pet Tree defective threaded grommets

Had to get refund. The threaded plastic grommets into which fasteners "B" get inserted, turned when installing fasteners so they would not seat completely. Then,

Had to get refund. The threaded plastic grommets into which fasteners "B" get inserted, turned when installing fasteners so they would not seat completely. Then, when we tries to remove tha fasteners the grommets turned and very difficult to remove. Would not but these again. Unfortunate because liked that they were not lined with carpet & would have bought more of them in various sizes
