Poor quality
The lower shelf is not secure and collapsed when our adult cats used it. I do not recommend this product.

Not sturdy
My 2 boys are 15 lbs each. The tree is very unstable for play time. One of the beds bent under his weight, he was just sitting on it. I feel it was made flimsy

The directions were not very easy to follow. I was very dissapointed as I thought this would be good. I would not reccomend for anyone with with active and big kitties.
Not for normal size cats

I reached out to customer care and they sent a replacement, thinking it was defective. The same thing happened to the second one and started shaking after a few days. Im giving two stars since my cats love it, even with the shaking. Overall I wouldnt recommend purchasing.

It was really easy to put together, and it comes with all the tools you need to build it. It's a good size, and looks really nice. The only issue is that the fur material is SO slippery! My cat jumped on it and slid right off. And she was even using her claws, I guess the knit the fur is on is too tightly woven. Now she avoids it at all costs :/ I tried spraying it with pheromone spray, rubbing silvervine, etc. She will not use it.

The worst part is one of the bed actually fell out and won’t able to put back on. The whole thing is low quality and not solid!! I’m so regret that I choose it bed because it’s was not worth any penny I spent!!!!!

The towers started wobbly then completely broke within a month. After superglue, one tower is supported and the other broke again.

Flimsy - No Wall Tether
I've purchased 4 different brand tall trees from Chewy. Of the 4, this one is absolutely not worth the money. I have 4 kittens, 10mo old. The other three trees support
I've purchased 4 different brand tall trees from Chewy. Of the 4, this one is absolutely not worth the money. I have 4 kittens, 10mo old. The other three trees support them easily and don't wobble or twist. The cats nearly tip this one over. I'd fasten it to the wall but it has no way to do that. The posts that hold the two trays wobble and sway. I'm afraid the screw that fastens the post will snap. The box cave doesn't stay square. The kittens can spin the box when they kick it from inside so that the box is off-center. Yes, we assembled it correctly, based on the instructions. We tightened everything down, but the posts continue to spin. The wood is thinner than the wood on the other brands, as is the plush covering. Total junk. I'm about to take it to the dump.

This cat tree is great for small kitties. My 7 lb kitty loves it. Her 12 lb brother enjoys it but has a bit more trouble going up and down. He also finds the nap
