There is no offset tiered landing. So the cat must be able to jump from floor to top tier which is 34 inches. There is no way a cat can get to the top tier from
There is no offset tiered landing. So the cat must be able to jump from floor to top tier which is 34 inches. There is no way a cat can get to the top tier from the 1st. This is not practical for our 15 yr old cat. Called Chewy to return and they are giving us a full refund and just asked us to donate it since they dont take these back, which we will do to someone with a younger cat. 5 plus stars to Chewy's customer service. Cat tree only 2, horrible design but looks great.
Poor Instructions, Turned Out Ok
The instructions are poor and inaccurate. The name scheme for the parts could be better and the drawing makes it look like a part is made in correctly. The inserts
The instructions are poor and inaccurate. The name scheme for the parts could be better and the drawing makes it look like a part is made in correctly. The inserts for the screws aren't mentioned. Once you get past that, we like it, but apparently the new kitty doesn't care for heights. It would be a perfect height for her to look out the window as it is just slightly taller than our living room windowsill. She also seems to think the furry bed is a critter and won't touch it.

Because all of the pieces are the same size, the whole thing lacks stability and there is no easy way for the cat to get to the top level without something else nearby. My cats hated it and I bought a different one.

I wish it would have come with two fur cushions as is shown in the photos, or that you could buy an additional cushion. He doesn’t really use the second level at all just the top level. Very sturdy and great for the price!

My 16pd cat ignores it but he may think he's too big for it. I got it because needed something they can scratch on that still looks good with my new patio furniture and this fits the bill. The scratch posts are well utilized.
