Could a cat back out of this harness?

This harness is designed to be secure, as long as the harness is a snug fit and not a size too big, it should stay on the cat. While Sassy Meow does not make any claims that their products are “escape-proof”, a well-fitting harness with a leash clipped to secure the sides together should keep the cat in the harness.

Are the size of the holes for arms different for each size?

Too small

Too small for my Buddy. It would fit but he could not walk with it on and had to crawl until I took it off.

Cute but not functional

this harness claims to have an adjustable strap, it does not. we measured our cat multiple times to be sure we got a proper fit but he's easily backed out of this
