Smelled awful

So cute and this type and brand of harness is the kind he wears now but it came smelling very strongly of chemicals, almost like strong bug spray and I had a reaction

My puppy's name is Luke Skywalker. He is only 3 lbs, 10 weeks old, so he needs to grow into this harness. I love the quality, colors, and details. It looks great!
