Very upset

Bought this in October when it was on sale put it on my mini horse 3 days ago the clasp that holds the metal thing to keep the strap underneath the horse's belly

Bought this in October when it was on sale put it on my mini horse 3 days ago the clasp that holds the metal thing to keep the strap underneath the horse's belly came loose the metal thing fell completely off and of course the strap got stepped on and of course the blanket got ripped very very mad that it was obviously sewn well and now he is going to have to be cold when I take it off to try and repair it so he isn't cold all winter... I hope this doesn't happen with the other one I purchased for my other horse.
