Pros: Packaging, absorbancy, size Cons: None TLDR: Best Pee Pads I've used, XL is indeed XL, holds a good amount of liquid, will protect your floors My GSD is 6 years old and while she is very healthy she did have to undergo some dental surgery recently. Unfortunately she was incontinent while coming off the anesthesia and boy were these a big help. These are fantastic, unlike some other pee pads I've used these aren't super bulky so you can slip them right under a pet who may be struggling and they don't bunch under paws or crinkle which may be difficult for young puppies. They came packaged extremely well and were very compact and easy to store (good luck re-folding them the same way though if you unfold one and don't end up using them). I did test them prior to use and can safely say they will hold and lock in a cup or more of liquid. The XL size actually covers ~80% of my laid down 80lb GSD (when placed under her) giving plenty of safety margin for movement of an out of it doggo. Highly recommend for puppy training or for older dogs who may have health concerns or are recovering from a surgery. Will protect your floors with the backside having a good plastic, and there was no human detectable odor to the pads. The pad texture is soft and not slippery and locks the moisture in. Have I mentioned how thin these are? Cause they are fantastically thin while still being functional. Much better than trying to bunch a towel around the doggo.
