Doesn't work as advertised

I used this solution with a Seaview background as recommended. I followed the directions and tightly reverse rolled the background for over an hour. While applying

I used this solution with a Seaview background as recommended. I followed the directions and tightly reverse rolled the background for over an hour. While applying the background, I had to tape the edges to keep it from curling off the glass. A few weeks later, more of the background curled off and I wound up taping the background in place. If this works at all, the manufacturer needs to instruct users with better information. I think it just doesn't work.
