The flea collar, flea medicine and heart worm medicine are for my rescue dog, Faye. I had just come from getting Faye checked out by the vet. He gave her a clean bill of health, but they didn't sell flea collars or flea medicine. I didn't want to take a chance on her getting fleas before the medicine came from you at Chewy. I did not need to worry, I got them in 2 days time! The lady I talked to on the phone was so helpful and friendly. All your Chewy personnel are such a joy to talk to; it makes me feel like I've been talking to a friend who really cares that I get the best care for my little ones. Chewy people are ones who care!! Thank you guys so much; I give you a great big THUMBS UP!

Right idea, size of protector collar awkward

It’s very helpful to have a protector for the tick collars because our dogs like to grab each other by the neck. However, the medium collar, 1 inch is a bit too

It’s very helpful to have a protector for the tick collars because our dogs like to grab each other by the neck. However, the medium collar, 1 inch is a bit too wide and for 14 inch neck. There is an awful lot of collar left over. However, when we exchange this the small collar, That collar was too narrow, and the tick collar did not fit into the keepers. My husband ended up adapting the medium size collar to it.

Needs to have more of the things to secure the flea collar to the collar. When you have a dog that needs the collar at the smallest size. The flea collar slips out

The pieces that hold the flea collar are all on one side of the outer collar. The flea collar was hanging out, so it was at risk of our puppy chewing it. I had to

The pieces that hold the flea collar are all on one side of the outer collar. The flea collar was hanging out, so it was at risk of our puppy chewing it. I had to sew the flea collar to the outer collar to make this work. Had I thought to do that in the first place, this purchase could have been avoided.

Order the smaller size if your dog is between sizes

The collar works well to keep the Seresto collar and regular collar from fighting each other and that was the goal of ordering this product. My dog’s neck is 14”,

The collar works well to keep the Seresto collar and regular collar from fighting each other and that was the goal of ordering this product. My dog’s neck is 14”, so I ordered the larger collar. I had to adjust it as small as possible to fit, which means most of the loops to hold the Seresto collar are at the ends of the regular collar. I use an ID tag that slides over the regular collar, so I’m using that to add two more points in the middle of the regular collar to secure the Seresto. It’s not the ideal, but works OK. So if you are wavering on which size to order, I suggest going smaller.

I am happy with the quality. My girl seems to be between the two sizes, though, so it is a lot on her little neck. And because of my old hands, it was a bit difficult
