I would love to say my four pawed lil girl was no longer a nervous nellie, but that is not the case. I am NOT saying this product does not work. It has only been a few weeks since we started using it and my girls behavor issues are a result of PTSD, and she is a lab terrior mix, has a stubborn streak a mile long. What works on a "normal" dog within a day or takes months before positive results make an appearance. We recently had an addition to bark-aholic dogs around our home, that does not help, so I am going to keep using this along with calming chews until spring and see if it helped.
