I bought this to replace a shark rotator that I absolutely loved. It was great on rugs and floors, had terrific attachments, and was lite weight for a vac. This one is just ok compared to that. I cannot recommend it. And if given the opportunity, I would buy 2 of the rotators so I'd have one to replace the broken. Sad but true.
Great vacuum! Worth every penny!
This vacuum can be used on my LVP flooring. Since the beater bar has a soft covering, it won’t harm the flooring. Using the beater bar allows it to pick up more
This vacuum can be used on my LVP flooring. Since the beater bar has a soft covering, it won’t harm the flooring. Using the beater bar allows it to pick up more off your floor. The suction is amazing. After removing the canister, the vacuum will go under bedding. So much better than using a swiffer type of mop. I love this Stratos. So happy I purchased it !!

Not as good as my old Dyson
My vacuum (~20 year Dyson) quit working about three weeks ago or so. I couldn't find anyone to fix it locally so I decided to buy this as a replacement. My carpet
My vacuum (~20 year Dyson) quit working about three weeks ago or so. I couldn't find anyone to fix it locally so I decided to buy this as a replacement. My carpet was in desperate need after so long and I nearly filled the whole tank with cat hair and such when I ran it. I am disappointed that it didn't get dried cat puke up like my old Dyson would have. I had to use a cat brush to brush it off the carpet first before this vacuum would even put a dent it in. Considering that I have five cats who all puke regularly, that is a bit disappointing.

The vacuum is pretty good...but there are some features I do not like. It seems bulky and a little awkward with the pivoting head. It doesn't always go exactly
The vacuum is pretty good...but there are some features I do not like. It seems bulky and a little awkward with the pivoting head. It doesn't always go exactly where you are pushing it since it tilts. There is a handy furniture vacuum attachment but there does not seem to be a place to store it on the vacuum itself so it is not with you while vacuuming...you have to go get it each time you need it which is inconvenient especially when going up and down stairs. You also have to basically stop and put the vacuum in an upright position before switching to a carpet setting...otherwise the rotation bar does not seem to start. Removing the canister is nice, but sometimes tricky to snap back on...not as easy as my Dyson.
