Do you have to manually un-snarl long hairs from the brush?

You may need to manually remove long hairs from the brush roll. While the vacuum has features like a self-emptying base and the QuadClean multi-surface brushroll, it's not completely hands-free when it comes to hair entanglement on the brush roll.
