Too complicated

Had to set everything up which took forever omce set up it started leaking fluid and didnt seem to want to map out the house correctlt so it mopped the same spot

Had to set everything up which took forever omce set up it started leaking fluid and didnt seem to want to map out the house correctlt so it mopped the same spot for 30 min the it went over something thay should have made it turn around and it came apart from the bottom

I believed the review describing this as a specific robot vac. Turns out it wasn’t. I’m disappointed because I had one similar that broke and rather than pay the high price Shark wanted to fix it I thought I’d just buy the one Chewy had that was supposed to be the model I had that broke. I have extra parts for my old one. This new one turned out not to have the Hepa base. That was disappointing because the answer in the review was incorrect.

Could never find its way to the dock

Having the mop option is great for my wooden floor. The dustbin however is small. The robot cannot find its way back to the dock.
