Very well designed and easy to use
I really needed a pet stain remover and I'm glad I chose the Shark. Our cat frequently throws up fur, etc. and I often don't find the spot until it's all dried
I really needed a pet stain remover and I'm glad I chose the Shark. Our cat frequently throws up fur, etc. and I often don't find the spot until it's all dried up. At first I was intimidated about setting it up, but it really wasn't hard. The tools that come with it make it versatile, to handle different kinds of spots. It's powerful and easy to clean after use.
Great new design
They redesigned this to create access points to all the places that dog hair likes to gather, so there is no more clogging problem. They also added a hose self-cleaning

They also added a hose self-cleaning feature to flush the nasty water out of the hose and brush heads. Really excellent redesign. Worked great cleaning the cloth sofas.
