Where is the off and on switch?

There is no on/off button on this mop. When initially plugged in, the mop enters standby mode and won't start heating until the "mode button" is pressed and it goes into "Light" or "Normal" mode. When done mopping, you can press the "mode button" until the blue light flashes, which indicates that the mop is back in standby mode.

Will I need to polish floors after cleaning with this device?

This steam mop should not be used on wax-polished floors. In cases of surfaces treated with wax, the sheen may be removed by heat or steam. Test an isolated area first to see if sheen is affected.

Rotating pads

It is not as good as I hoped it would be. The syeam does not come out unless.you ptess the handle. It shoots streight instead of down. I have no idea how to wash

It is not as good as I hoped it would be. The syeam does not come out unless.you ptess the handle. It shoots streight instead of down. I have no idea how to wash the pads bc they have plastic on them. The mop does not press hard enough on the floor to remove stains so you have to mannually press hard or go over the same stain a 10000 times. I don't like it
