Soft chew treat

I wanted a well balanced treat ~ good ingredients and easy to handle. Ideally I wanted a treat that I could place into a play toy dispenser but all the dry and semi-dry

I wanted a well balanced treat ~ good ingredients and easy to handle. Ideally I wanted a treat that I could place into a play toy dispenser but all the dry and semi-dry treats I looked into lacked the ingredients I wanted to give them. The Sheba MEAT sticks has the ingredients I am ok with feeding them ~ I guess they have enough play toys so me manually handing them treats is just fine. I really like that the treats are partially separated into smaller sections and I don't have to hand over a full stick to them (4-6 pieces each stick) I don't really like the squeeze tube treats and this fits the median between hard and "runny" treats ~ they work out well for us all.

Product Image Is Misleading as is Unit Description

I just received my order and was disappointed to see that what I received was not what was shown on the product webpage. You show 12 5-packs when you're only delivering

I just received my order and was disappointed to see that what I received was not what was shown on the product webpage. You show 12 5-packs when you're only delivering 8. I get that there's 40 "sticks" in the package but you should illustrate it that way. Not 4 of each flavor of a 5-pack. Since you do not sell individual "sticks" you should not count individual "sticks" as a unit. If I cannot buy one "stick" then it's very misleading to reference the product this way. One unit is a package of 5 sticks, and this order should be described that way - 2 Salmon, 2 Tuna, and 4 Chicken. This is the very first time I have been disappointed with an order from Chewy. Before I just ordered with total faith that you will treat me right but now, next orders will be made with a suspicious eye.
