Simba loves... Mom - not so much

First, this is a manufacturer issue not a Chewy issue. We have bought Simba this wet food for as long as I think they have made it. We get the large box so he gets

First, this is a manufacturer issue not a Chewy issue. We have bought Simba this wet food for as long as I think they have made it. We get the large box so he gets 96 servings but sadly, so far, every single package snaps and rips open both sides making a giant mess and he ends up getting 2 servings as he will NOT eat it cold and it turns into a hard gel in the fridge AND it turns a greenish color - which is weird. I don't know if it is just my cat but he will not eat from the fridge, at all, and I am not oak with it turning green. So yes, Simba definitely approves but if I keep feeding him two servings, he is going to turn into Mufasa.

Why? may be the company has changed the product or I’ve receive 2 bad batches of Sheba wet food. Disappointed. now I’ll need to find a new wet quality cat food.
