I wanted to like this doorbell because my dog likes to run around in the backyard unsupervised and let me know when she wants to come in by hurling herself at the
I wanted to like this doorbell because my dog likes to run around in the backyard unsupervised and let me know when she wants to come in by hurling herself at the back door. I taught her to use the button very quickly and she’s smart as a whip, but the push button only works a fraction of the time. The way the push button is constructed, you have to hit it exactly in the center and at the right angle in order to make it work - there’s more tension in the center than on the side - so if her paw slipped off to the side even a half an inch the doorbell won’t ring. This made it challenging for her to get to continue to get positive reinforcement for using the doorbell and she eventually gave up. I would recommend picking another with a more reliable push button.

I'm still training but wish the pad was more sensitive. I'm not sure she'll be able to push hard enough on her own.

After 2 weeks of trying to train my dog to use this he just has a very hard time pushing the button that hard. I use the adhesive to put it on the wall the only
After 2 weeks of trying to train my dog to use this he just has a very hard time pushing the button that hard. I use the adhesive to put it on the wall the only way I see this working is putting it on the floor so I'm going to have to look up how to remove it and try putting on the ground so he can step on it. But for advertising easy press it is not easy to press.

But aside from a few cheeky moments, this product is excellent and I can't recommend it enough. It gets my attention far more than regular potty bells!

My husky absolutely loves this to go outside but also he kind of uses it for a game to come get our attention. He does it so we can hurry up and run to go take him

He does it so we can hurry up and run to go take him outside and he thinks it's funny but it works on everything it's allowed to where I can hear my dog and we have no accidents in the house now my husky is pretty smart so it helps out with that that he loves to learn he's like a three year old child but it's also easy to use easy to put up and easy instructions.
