The button is harder to click than a different brand I had bought.
The only reason I got this one instead is that I was afraid the other that I had gotten before might get confused about where to ring. My dog has yet to push this

Hard to Push
We bought this to teach our dog to push it with his nose, we didn't want him to use his paw because we taught our last dog to ring a bell that hung from the doorknob
We bought this to teach our dog to push it with his nose, we didn't want him to use his paw because we taught our last dog to ring a bell that hung from the doorknob with her paw and what she really learned was to scratch the door. The button on this device is very stiff and hard for our dog to push with his nose (he's 50 lbs). We're going to go back to the bell and teach him to bump it with his nose instead of his paw.

Looking for something to notify us the dog was at the door to come in.
The part that the dog is suppose to press will stick really bad and not return to the regular position unless you tap on it a few times to come back up.
