We got the freeze dried chicken liver treats by shepherd boy farms. What interested me in this product is that it is a healthy all natural product for cats and or dogs. The pieces are big enough to be eaten alone as treats or as an additive to regular meal time. I used it as an additive to my Great Pyrenees’ meal for the test run. He was very interested in this product from the moment I began to open the bag. He seems happy and content after this yummy addition to his regular meal. I am looking forward to seeing how our cat likes it next!

Our pups came running att he sound of the crinkly bag being opened. Then they could hardly wait to have some. I like that these are single ingrediant treats, not processed, other than to be freeze dried. They are nice and crunchy which our pups like, and they are of a generous size, though I did break them in to bits about half the size of the original. They are easy to break into the smaller bits. Smell is good too. I also like that they are not calorie bombs, as so many treats are, even the so called healthy ones.

I have a 16 yr old cocker spaniel, and 8 cats, which vary in age. These freeze-dried treats are for both dogs and cats. They're just the right size for my dog, and for my cats, I sometimes break them in half. They're very easy to break, unlike some other freeze-dried treats that I've purchased. My dog and all of my cats LOVE them! After I give one to my dog, he looks around for more. As soon as I open the bag, all of my cats come running, and after giving them one, they beg for more. I highly recommend this product!

They are pure chicken livers with no added products.The pieces are a bit large for a cat, so I broke up them up to make it easier for him to eat. Spookie is 17

They are pure chicken livers with no added products.The pieces are a bit large for a cat, so I broke up them up to make it easier for him to eat. Spookie is 17 years old, 12 lbs., with only two teeth remaining, and he usually likes chicken. The first night he ate them dry and loved them, 2nd night he spit all of the pcs out! I thought that he may like them rehydrated. I soaked them in water slightly until spongy, and tried again. This time he loved them, and has forever since then! I would highly recommend this product for Cats and Dogs, but I also recommend watering the pieces down.

The individual treats are a nice size, and it is a large bag of treats which is nice, they go a long way. I could not get a photo of them eating the treats because they snatch them up so quickly, but here they are both waiting for one!

3 Golden Retrievers love these. What’s not to love about chicken liver… Well often 20% of the bag becomes dust after time and the treat size is not usually good

3 Golden Retrievers love these. What’s not to love about chicken liver… Well often 20% of the bag becomes dust after time and the treat size is not usually good for larger dogs. Not these treats, though. They are a good size and they stay together well. Minimal dust in the bottom of the bag. Will buy again.
