Will not mold to any airline seat!

Don’t be fooled by the photos or descriptions claiming this will fit under any airline seat thanks to its spring design. I was so excited to receive this with our chewy shipment, thinking it was the Goldilocks of carriers, expandable and could still fit under airline seats of various carriers. But upon unboxing, it was quickly evident that the only way to have its height shrink as shown in the photos was to remove the horizontal supports and then have the sides collapse in on themselves. Sure the height goes down that way, but you’re effectively shrinking the carrier on 3 of the four sides, almost like the scene in Star Wars 4 with the trash compactor. If you’re buying this because you think you’ll be able to squeeze it under an airline seat (like advertised), keep looking!

Good quality but too small for 24 lbs dog.

I hoped our Frenchie would fit but she was too cramped. The large which is next size up does not confirm to air line standards and it only an inch larger each

Save Time: Missing Instructions

Hello! I found a missing instruction on the carrier that I want to share! (To save you time because I didn't figure it out for two weeks!) There are some support

Hello! I found a missing instruction on the carrier that I want to share! (To save you time because I didn't figure it out for two weeks!) There are some support rods that come with the carrier with no instructions anywhere on the box or online. (I tried to call Sherpa for help but there is a 10 business day wait for a call back.) The rods go horizontally so that the bag stays rectangular when being carried. (Seems simple but!) There are some secret zippers under the top compartment on each side that are slightly hidden. If you don't think about it, you won't see them. I thought they were for the expandable part, Haha. However! I still think this is a 5 star item and my original review stands. I have gotten to use it for the first time and my cat stays so calm thanks to the expandable part. (Since she can see where we're going.) The product is great material since my cat was clawing at the mesh at first and it didn't tear. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone that has a pet. !!! Originally Dezi215 !!!

Beautiful Bag Great Quality

It is a beautiful bag and it seems to be made of great material. I'm not a big fan of cardboard as a "support board" since I believe taking the cover off and on

It is a beautiful bag and it seems to be made of great material. I'm not a big fan of cardboard as a "support board" since I believe taking the cover off and on over time will damage it to wash it but it's easy enough to replace though. I love how it is expandable with multiple entrances. The shoulder strap is amazing! I am looking forward to using it for years to come.
