Can this be used with a baby stroller?

This bike leash is designed to be used for its intended use only and is not recommended to attach to anything other than a bike.
Ordered this bike leash after ordering another that didn't work. This was great and works well for medium size dog (about 40lbs). The only worry is that the bungie cord won't that long but its still really good and she doesn't pull me over while riding the bike with her.
