Instructions
Carrier: Spot clean pet backpack carrier with warm water and mild detergent.
Liner: Remove liner from bag, unzip cover, remove and set aside the stability board, machine wash liner cold with mild soap. Air dry.

This backpack is great! I'm 73 years old, 140lbs, with some back problems. Susan is a 14 pound, long-legged terrier. The pack is a size Medium. The straps keep the pack comfortable and secure. I can wear it in front or on my back. The pockets easily hold her bags, treats, leash, bowl, food and water. I added rings to the tabs so everything stays secure when I bend over. I bought it because we love hiking but I can't keep booties on her in the bitter cold, on sidewalks with a layer of rock salt that will get blisteringly hot in the summer. The pack also fits on the front seat of my van so she can see out the window and still have a safe ride. I've had no problem taking her shopping, to the bank or the post office. (No grocery shopping. Health department laws forbid dogs in areas that sell food.) If I leave the pack oon the floor, she will climb in and wait for me to pick it up.

Disappointed
I thought this pack would have been better than the one I had but it proved to be a waste of money. First the pack is not very comfortable to wear. No matter how

No matter how I adjust the straps, it was uncomfortable. Next i don't like how the bag kinda collapses inward which takes away from my dogs space. I thought this would be more comfortable for mu dog but I was wrong. I'm not impressed with the overall quality of this bag as well. It feels really cheap and the pockets are all shallow so whatever you put in may have a good chance of falling out. Overall I am not impressed and will be returning to my original bag which is proving to be better than the competition. If you are wondering what my original pack is, it is the kurgo hiking pack.
