Never again! This was NOT Sherpa quality and the mat inside was pure garbage
I don't know what is going on with this bag, because the construction of this bag is very shoddy. The faux lamb padding inside is paper thin and feels itchy to touch. The shoulder strap on the bag on one side looks like it wasn't sewn together properly. The bag had all the paperwork to appear new, but when I reached inside to remove the faux lamb padding, there was someone's business card inside as if they accidently left it in the bag before returning it. We didn't donate the -- we just put it in the trash. For my money, I would prefer to purchase their travel bag at a physical location where I can see and touch the quality. My little girl kitten is now a cat, and this was going to be her replacement bag since she outgrew the bag she had as a kitten. So sad because I was so excited to get her a better fitting travel carrier.
Our baby's new "Safe haven"
We just recently moved from IN to NC and the move was a little stressful on our fur babies. When we arrived in our new home, I placed this carrier in the master bedroom and left it unzipped and our Barney now retreats only to the carrier and no longer underneath the bed to get away from the noise of the house. He often sleeps for hours in this carrier, which was also used in the transport of Barney moving from IN to NC. I highly recommend this particular carrier. It must be extremely comfortable for him to snooze in it for hours at a time. Thank you CHEWY!
Needs better beta testing
My 5-month-old kitten was able to rip the cover off of the wood support boars, the lining from the “lambs wool “ bed, and escape from the deluxe case which had a binder ring threaded from the very small holes in the zipper tabs on our 2 hour drive. While the removable pad is human- friendly, it does not stay put. The Velcro tabs at the bottom of the case do not secure the board. The zipper pulls need larger holes an perhaps a manufacturer supplied security clip. It’s a coin toss on whether to recommend it.
Perfect
I purchased this carrier bag for my eight week old kitten. High-quality, good price and love everything about it. The size is perfect for going to the vets and traveling in the car. I liked the opening in the top to put my hand down in to let Mike know I was right there with her, definitely recommend this product
My cat naps in this carrier
I unpacked this carrier and put it in a corner where my cat likes to nap and was surprised to find her sleeping in the carrier. I wanted her to get used to it before her vet appointment and I think it will make a real difference for her. It is mesh on all sides and unzips on the top so I don't think she feels trapped like she has in her other carriers. She sleeps in it regularly now. We shall see how she does when she is zipped in!
MUST HAVE!!!
I am extremely happy with this carrier. I now have 3 carriers for 3 cats and this carrier surpasses the other two. The zipper and hardware are heavy and sturdier. Outside pocket has a zipper so prescriptions, receipts and paperwork don’t fall out before you get home and file away.
nice carrier
Seems to be of good quality and a more comfortable option compared to plastic carriers. I like the option of straps top handle/crossbody and the side and top opening. It has a little flap for small storage like treats. Perfect for trips to the vet.
Excellent quality!
I’m so impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this product. Purchased for my larger cat, Zeus, who weights about 17 lbs. Zippers ensure a secure closure and the fabric is very nice. Highly recommend this pet carrier.
Perfect carrier
Great carrier and great price! Got it on sale and it's very good quality. My cat dove in it and uses it as a hiding spot. It has good support when in use and folds down easily when needing to be stored.
Collapses with bigger pet
The description states it is for animals up to 22lbs. My cat is only 11lbs and the side without the zipper collapses when carrying him in it. Also, the top zipper gets stuck and is not very durable.
