This carrier features a padded shoulder strap for your comfort and convenience as well as a seat belt/luggage strap. Please see the attached image for reference.
what is the weight limit on this?

The medium carrier is intended for pets up to 16 pounds. A pet’s length should be measured from the front of the chest (where the collar falls) to the base of the tail / rear end of the dog. The height should be measured when the pet is standing from the floor to the shoulder. Pets should have enough room to lie down comfortably but to also stand up and move around should they wish to change positions.
How do I get this carrier to collapse? I can't get it like picture/back to the way it arrived

Not the Best

I liked this carrier at first, but I've found that it's a lot better for trips to the vet than traveling. As someone else mentioned, the bottom isn't totally stable, so it sags and the pad inside moves around. It also has no absorption, so if your pet tends to pee in their carrier while traveling, it will go through the carrier and cause a big mess. My cat technically fit the size requirements for the carrier, but it still seemed small for her. This size is probably best for kittens and tiny dogs. Overall, I think you can find better for the price, especially if you're buying it for airplane travel.

Perfect Bag

We needed a travel bag to carry our six pound toy poodle on the plane. This bag is perfect size. Other bags were too long or too small. This bags length is about two or three inches shorter in length than other bags and should fit nicely under the seat on the plane. Be sure to get your travel bag as soon as possible so your pet can get use to it before you travel.

I don't like the product!

During the trip these bags were folding according to the weight of the cats, when they hang on the shoulder, and even on top of the suitcase, they still break and slide! I really regret that I got these pet carriers. I had better soft pet carriers, than this, also with better price.

Pet carrier

This is good size. Nice bag. My dog loves it, he is 4.5 lbs yorkie and has plenty of room. One end is stable and good other end is a little floppy but still a great bag and great price.

Sherpa To-Go

The Sherpa To-Go is the perfect size for the aircraft we are flying. It fits perfectly under the seat. Most carriers were too big. This was the only one that fit (Airbus 330-300). Our cat is quite comfortable in it. I would recommend to anyone with small cats or dogs.

Great value

I ordered this for a flight, and it was perfect. The bottom is soft and cushioned and it fit perfectly under the seat on the plane. It zips on top and on the end, so I was able to unzip the top a little and pet my dog when she got nervous during the flight.

Perfect Fit

It was time for an upgrade after using the same hard sided carrier for decades. I wanted a soft sided carrier that provided security and comfort. The construction quality is great and I like the mesh windows that provide privacy and good air circulation. I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s a perfect fit for my 5 lb kitty. Shipping was unbelievably quick.

Too small for cat

Great carrier for my cats.

This cat carrier has worked really good on taking my many rescue cats to the vet. The cats seem comfortable and not as stressed.

It is very good quality but when I purchased it, I judged the size I need by the weight and not the dog breed. It was way too small for what I needed.
