I am more than frustrated about this. I returned this item on 12/19/2025. I got busy during the holidays. When I checked my cc account, I noticed the refund was

I am more than frustrated about this. I returned this item on 12/19/2025. I got busy during the holidays. When I checked my cc account, I noticed the refund was never received. I reached out and chatted with someone that made me think everything was under control. I gave her the fed ex tracking number showing it was delivered. Nothing came out of it. I called again, another person gave me the same talk, no results. I chatted this time, resent everything again, proof of delivery from the fed ex page and this time they said someone will look into it and get back to me in 1-2 days. I am just glad that I have saved my copy of the fed ex drop off. How so very annoying to say the least....
