the quality and ease of removing the gel pack.

I have not used these yet but the quality seems high, the felt straps are nice and the gel pack is easy to remove and freeze or warm up and the shape and size of the boots are perfect, I'm going to try them without the gel pack once she is able to exercise harder. I will add another review when I use the boots.
