Is it safe for horses eyes?

My horse has allergies (we’re in the process of treating) and gets itchy. Drax has ruined a few shelter poles, hay nets, his mane, had sores…it was bad. Since I’ve installed this along the upright of the run in shed, no more ruined posts or rub sores on my guy!
