small and don’t stay in place

I ordered for small dog. I work long hours so I place pads in dog area in case he has to use bathroom. I thought I would try these due to neutralizing odors. These

I ordered for small dog. I work long hours so I place pads in dog area in case he has to use bathroom. I thought I would try these due to neutralizing odors. These are the worst and I have 2 boxes. I will try to use them but it will be hard. I might donate to a pet shelter.

I ordered these by mistake. I thought "no problem I can use them." They are awful. They make a mess if the puppy tries to chew on them. They fall apart and leave

I ordered these by mistake. I thought "no problem I can use them." They are awful. They make a mess if the puppy tries to chew on them. They fall apart and leave small white cottony balls all over. They just don't hold up like other Simple Solution training pads do. The company needs to take them off the market.
