I’m always looking for all natural treats to have some down time when I’m with my dogs. I have two that are food motivated and one that is picky as all get out. These things are HUGE! I have purchased some before but I’ve never seen them this big. I tried to take a photo with one beside a paper towel holder for scale. All 3 of my dogs enjoyed these. They’re huge but healthy. They aren’t greasy like pig ears or dirty and gritty like other bones and things you can buy that are all natural. There’s also no scent like a bully stick has or other similar treats. They are long lasting, at least with my crew, but I also don’t have super chewers. My only concern was with the printed ink on some of the ears? Maybe one of them didn’t have ink on it? I assume whatever was used to mark them was edible? Or maybe it is done before the animal is slaughtered and its parts are used? I’m not really sure how any of that works. I gave them to my dog anyway, assuming Chewy wouldn’t sell us a product that was toxic to our babies.

My dog enjoyed these Sitka Farms Cow Ears. She is medium sized (44 pounds) and a hard chewer, yet she still spent quite a bit of time chewing this product, which I liked. I also like that these are natural and untreated animal products. I do wish the company's packaging included some caution about keeping an eye on your dog when they chew these to prevent a choking incident. Many other rawhide-type products have this on their packaging, and I think it's important. These cows ears are definitely a rawhide-type chew, and although my dog chewed this well in small pieces and had no incident, I still took away the last chunk to prevent her from wolfing it down and potentially choking. Overall, I think this is quality product that dogs will enjoy with owner supervision.

I do not recommend this product unless you want your dog to tear up their gums. It’s a very soft chew so I thought it would be the same as pig ears but for some reason it made my dogs’ gums bleed. I have 3 dogs and only 2 of them were interested in the chews themselves. I just hope that no one has this same experience

My two shihpoo dogs were very interested when they saw the unexpected chewy box arrive on a normal Thursday afternoon. The chews are huge! However that’s where the interest ended..these chews kept my dogs busy for only but a short time. Now these chews lay scattered around my living room floor. They do go back to them a few times throughout the day but I’m very surprised my chew addict dogs didn’t go longer with them.

Sitka Farms Cow Ears Dog Natural Chew Treats are now a part of our routine reward system for our dog Peskers. She gets excited when she sees the ears and spends hours chewing on it and enjoying every moment she has until its completely gone. She loves them. They seem easy for her to eat and doesnt mess up her system and she is having fun all at the same time.
Not my dog's favorite...
My dog (60 lb. goldendoodle) didn't love these. She carried it around the yard and tried chewing on it a little but kept setting it down and eventually abandoned
My dog (60 lb. goldendoodle) didn't love these. She carried it around the yard and tried chewing on it a little but kept setting it down and eventually abandoned it after about 5 minutes. They have no smell, which was nice, and didn't seem like they would stain carpets or damage flooring. Probably a great treat for a large dog who loves to chew (they are VERY big, like 9-10" long).
