Literally do not get what you pay for

I ordered a beautiful Ocean blue soft cover for my sofa and what I got was a taupe colored bed cover that was not as comfortable well-made and not even close to

I ordered a beautiful Ocean blue soft cover for my sofa and what I got was a taupe colored bed cover that was not as comfortable well-made and not even close to the quality of the picture or even the right item. So, I sent it back and chewy ordered another of the same thing and again they sent the wrong thing. I tried a third time and the sub company did it again and sent the wrong item and color. So I canceled my order. Chewy was wonderful about the whole process, but the sub company that it comes from didn’t know what they were doing.
